What does it mean, when someone says, “I got it”? Does that mean I know how and am capable of doing it? Rather, could it mean, “leave me alone I can do this”? Maybe, I do not want your help? Is this not something we learn to say as we strive for independence, at a young age?

What happens when someone shares their inner thoughts? What impact does it have on the one who expresses the thoughts? What about the one who receives the thoughts? Are there many layers of effect on the one with whom it is shared?

Do we freely choose the thought on which we are focusing? If so, how do we select that thought? Why do we select that thought? Do some thoughts seem to kidnap our mind and take off with it, without our conscious approval?

Are children the gurus of laughter? Is the laughter of children very infectious? When watching a group of people is it often the child who inspires the adults to erupt into fits of laughter?
Is life, in general, better because we laugh, (outwardly or inwardly) or at least observe others who do?

Sharing is something we all do. Do we not share stories, ideas, experiences, respect and love? If we share so much, why is there such reluctance to share our feelings, opinions, values and beliefs? Why are we hesitant to reveal who we really are? Is it a fear of rejection or of being labelled wrong? Does a vulnerability to judgement inhibit us?
