Now is the present moment.
Or is it?
Is now all there is?
Can I affect anything that is not here now?
Is the present moment a finite entity or is it infinite?
What exists outside of now? Anything?
If I watch a bird fly through the sky, is it still now when it disappears? If I jump in the air, is it still now, when I land? When I breathe in, is it still now, when I breathe out? Is it always now? Is it always the present moment?
“Welcome to the present moment. Here. Now. The only moment there ever is.”–Eckhart Tolle
Could the present moment be considered a continuum which includes past, present and future? Is there really no starting or stopping of time? Is it all now?
Do you live in the present moment? Are you trying to relive the past? Are you focused mostly on the future? Are you comfortable with your choice of where to live on this continuum? Do you accept the reality of what is, at this place and this time? Do you live in the NOW?
