Morning Mindset#2

How do you start your day? Do you have a routine? Do you just wing it depending on circumstances? Is how you start the day important to how the rest of your day unfolds?

What contributes to your morning mindset? Is the quantity and quality of your sleep last night (and recent nights) a major factor? Does stress or the lack of stress impact your frame of mind? Do personal interactions affect your mindset?

. “When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privelege it is to be alive– to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.”― Marcus Aurelius

Is your mindset a product of current circumstances, something that varies with the situation, or is it something that you control? How do you control your mindset? Do you take a responsive or a proactive approach?

How does your mindset affect your performance and your success throughout the day? Is it worthwhile to consider an approach that might bring positive results?

Could you develop a mindset plan?. Would you begin in the morning or even the night before? Would you include sleep in the plan? Is your subconscious involved?

How much attention do you give to starting the day right? What do you do to make that happen? Is there a consistent pattern to your morning routine? What benefits do you derive from your routine?
