Mother Earth

Man has lived on this planet, we call Earth, for a long, long time? Is it in trouble now? Does Mother Earth need our help?

How do we show our respect for this planet, we call home? How do we save it? Could we learn from Native-American wisdom about Mother Earth?

“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children”–North American Proverb

Does it sometimes seem that we are fighting the planet, instead of living in harmony with it? If so, are we winning? To save this planet, do we need individual efforts, community efforts, world wide initiatives, or all of the above? Why is it important? Is it important? Will our children, our grandchildren or future generations ask how and why did we destroy the environment?

Will Mother Earth somehow save herself without our help? What will the future planer earth look like? Is this a cause to ignore or to deny?

What is your view of this planet? Is it OK or does it need help? What will you do in response? Will you take action to save the planet or is that something for your children and grandchildren to do?
