Did I say that? Did I do that? Do I own that?

Is it important to take responsibility for our words, decisions and actions? Is this the norm?

Does denial often seem preferable to acceptance and taking responsibility? Why do we often struggle to admit to what we have said or done?

Do many find it difficult to own, even their thoughts? What happens when we deny to ourselves, our thoughts, our words or our actions? Does this incongruity affect our belief in ourselves?

Why is it often difficult to accept the reality of what we have said or done? Is it tied to a misguided pursuit of perfection? Is it due to a fragile ego or low self-esteem? Is it because we often cease to believe what we believed previously?

Do you take ownership of your decisions, your statements and your actions? Would you like to see others do so? What is your response to decisions and actions that do not go as planned? Do you accept responsibility, or would you rather point fingers and blame others?
