What is respect? When we respect people and values, what does that really mean? What is disrespect? Is lack of respect equivalent to disrespect? How are they different?
Is respect becoming less common? Can this be said for self-respect and respect for other people and even respect for principles? Why?
Is disrespect the norm now? Is it commonplace for people to personally attack those who disagree with them? Is listening and seeking common ground becoming even rarer?
Do we still value credibility? Do we want to be seen as credible and valued for our authenticity? Do we seek credibility in our relationships? Do we value it in our leaders? Is credibility required to gain respect?
