Is authenticity an important value? Is it directed internally or externally?
Is authenticity a critical factor in trust? Is it important to integrity? In fact, can someone be a person of integrity without authenticity? Can someone be true to themselves without being authentic?
What does it mean to be truly authentic? Are there prerequisites to authenticity? Is authenticity a conscious or subconscious choice?

Do we want to know that people mean what they say? How critical is it for people to align their words, their actions and their values? How difficult is that to do consistently?



How is authenticity assessed? How is it displayed? Can some fake authenticity? What are the signs of insincere authenticity? Is that an oxymoron? Can there even be authenticity that is insincere?
