DO YOU BELIEVE IN YOU?

When you peer into the mirror in the morning who is looking back at you? Is it a friend? Is it a person who scares you? Is it a person with whom you want to spend the day? Is it someone who believes in you? Is it someone in whom you believe?

“Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.”–Christian D. Larson

Can there be many more important things than having the person in the mirror be someone in whom you believe? If it isn’t, will you struggle to find others who will believe in that person today? How do you convince people to believe in you, when you do not?

What can you do, if the person in the mirror is not a friend or not someone in whom you believe? Could you run away from that mirror image and hide? Could you decide to make that image your friend, learning to like who you are? Could you seize the moment and make a list of the strengths and positive qualities of the image and yourself? Might you then decide to see yourself in a more positive light?Could you believe in you?
