NOW?

Is there any other time frame in which we can live, except now?
If yesterday is gone and tomorrow never arrives, does it behoove us to live today, now, in the present moment? Are we required to accept the status quo, if we live in the present? Or? Can we continue to learn from and build on the past? Can we still plan for the future?

Drifting?

What is drifting? Does it involve living without direction? Are drifters literally blowing in the wind? Are they susceptible to any and all outside

CRITICISM?

Why is criticism so hard for some to accept? Is it often a knee-jerk reaction of anger at the idea that someone would dare to question your expertise? Does this most often occur when we have our own doubts about what we said?

Own it?

Did I say that? Did I do that? Do I own that? Is it important to take responsibility for our words, decisions and actions? Is this the norm? I

Aging?

Is aging just a part of the life process over which we have no control? Are there societal factors involved? Do personal mindsets affect the aging process? Can we influence aging through the lifestyles we chose and the decisions we make?

Self Censorship?

Self-censorship normally refers to limiting what we say. Would it be valuable to also examine how we censor or filter ourselves in selecting what we read? As what we read is so influential to what we think, how our opinions are formed and the development of our perspectives, what can we do to filter what gets into our mind?

Important?

What is important? What is the definition of important? Does the meaning change over time?

Reading?

Is the joy of reading still alive? Is it still embraced by the young? If we read with an open mind, are we overly influenced by the opinions of others, which are so prevalent on social media?

Different Views?

Can we find points of agreement in our differences? Is it a matter of focus? Is it a choice of a perspective that is more positive or one that is more negative? Does it involve respect for others even those with different viewpoints?

Self-Esteem? EGO?

What exactly is self-esteem? Are ego and self-esteem the same quality? Is there a correlation between them? Is there a causal effect of one on the other?
