Why?

Why? Why? Why?

Is why a question that can go in many directions? Would it be considered a common question, that is asked of oneself, of others, of the universe, and even of God? Is it a complex question?

When asking why, are there many subtleties to consider? Why does or did that happen? What can I do to prevent that from happening again or to ensure that it does? What can we learn from this happening?

Why do I keep thinking about “that”?

Why me? Why not me?

Asking “Why?” can lead to understanding. Asking “Why not? can lead to answers. –Daniel H. Pink

Are why questions sometimes rhetorical? Are they sometimes practical and sometimes philosophical?

Why do we ask why? Are we sometimes seeking real answers or insights? Sometimes are we just venting?

How is why defined?

Do you often find yourself asking why? Of whom, do you ask the question? From where is the question answered? Do you normally find the best answers to the why question from within, maybe from your subconscious? Do you prefer why or why not? Why? Have you learned a lot from asking why?

What are your thoughts on why?
