Do we live our lives on autopilot much of the time? Do we start each day with the same morning rituals? Do we follow the same route to work? Do we do the same things in the same way we did them yesterday and the week before and the way we will do them tomorrow and next week?
Are such strong habits a plus to our productivity? Is it possible that, while some of these habits may be a positive in terms of consistency could some have a deleterious effect on our success? Would it behoove us to analyze our habits to discern what is effective and what is ineffective?
