DISTRACTIONS?

Distractions are inevitable and often cannot be controlled! Are the distractions the problem or is it where they can lead? Are some distractions actually beneficial?

Are distractions something on which to focus? Do some distractions serve as alerts and danger signals, requiring immediate attention?

On the other hand, could many distractions be considered minor intrusions? Can we just disregard many? Are some worth noting, but not worthy of attention? Can some be warnings of importance?

Can distractions sometimes change our focus toward thoughts of more importance or even jolt us into a sense of awareness? Can distracting thoughts alert us that we are drifting?

Can excess attention to distractions lead to more distractions and negative habits? Can they also lead to new discoveries?

What sort of mindset is required to control distractions in a positive way? Is that even possible? How?

Are distractions situational requiring the development of effective personal response habits?

How do you perceive distractions? How do you respond to them? Do they tend to divert you from your focus? Are you able to quickly refocus? Do you find yourself led down rabbit holes by distractions
