What is important? What is the definition of important? Does the meaning change over time?
Is what we value, what is important?
Is importance primarily based on material values, personal beliefs or outside influence?
Would a listing of what is important to someone change over time? What would this change indicate? Is a change of values possible? Is growth and development reflected in such changes? Does reflection, with an open mind affect what is important to someone?

Are there constants on the list of the important that do not change over time? Do societal changes affect our priorities? Are some things more important now due to terrorism or environmental changes? Does family affect our important list, drastically?
Is it sometimes difficult to find congruence in what someone believes is important, what they say and what they do?
Do we often spend time and exert effort on things that are not that important? Do we then, in essence, prioritize the unimportant?
What is important to you? What do you value? What influences you to add or subtract from your important priorities? Are you consistent in your alignment with the important? Do you ever find yourself focusing on things that are not important or not as important, as other priorities? How do you decide between high priorities, for example, between family and job demands?
